When I asked if he was sure they wanted to put PATs on the DC-10s before they were converted to MD-10s he assured me that indeed they DID intend to put PATs on the DC-10s, and would have them all installed by July (I assumed he meant of this year).

Did y'all hear the rumor that Omni's deal for the retired NWA DC-10s fell through, and we're gettin' 'em?





Coulda been, coulda been. He had a bagel in one hand and the cream cheese had gotten on his chin, so it was hard to tell for sure.

The Omni deal for the NWA DC10s did not fall through - we got 6 jets from NWA - flying 5 and one used for parts - you might be thinking of the ATA deal for the rest of NWAs DC10, ATA was getting 9 jets
