LAX CRJ is a little more junior now due to the AE flying, but LAX and PSP are difficult bases to transfer into. Only once in the last year have I seen any bid award for LAX or PSP transfers on the CRJ and for PSP it was only 3 people.

PSP is currently the most junior base for Brasilia FOs. People in my class had a line right out of training in PSP while the rest of us sat on reserve in FAT or LAX for 6 or 7 months.

Since the pay rates are the same you would probably make more money and have a much better QOL taking the Brasilia in PSP first year compared to sitting on reserve in MSP on the CRJ flying less. Just my 2 cents.
