Best thing you can do is just show up with a good attitude. A good Captain will gauge where your at and help you along if you are weak as long as you come with the right attitude and willingness to do the job well!

The ones that ***** and moan about new FO's have themselves on a pedestal. They should know that part of being a regional airline captain is mentoring the green guys.
