If you're junior enough to get stuck on the EMB for 2-3 years you probably can't hold a line on the RJ. I'd rather hold a line on the Bro for 2-3 years which would pay me far more even at the lower rate than sitting reserve on the RJ. Not to mention the quality of life issues.
Absolutely agree. Holding a line where you want to live is very valuable.
