A Dude I used to fly with flew for Empire and liked it and had decent quality of life. He was SEA-based (when it was open). Their flight time accumulation wasn't too bad, but some bases didn't get a lot (could stunt your flight time growth). Empire flies FedEx freight and has major holidays and often weekends off. The pay information on Airline Pilot Central - Empire | Cargo apparently needs to be updated. Upgrades often depended on where you were willing to move. Their website has recently shown that they were looking for F/Os and street captains for their cargo and Hawaiian Airlines (ATR - Honolulu) passenger service. I don't know if they're still looking for people for the Honolulu operation or not.
