Pierce has done everything he possibly can to attempt to gain an advantage in the SLI, would not agree to a prenup not to include contract negotiations as DA/NW did, insisted on pay banding, would not allow UA pilots flying at CAL to get their first of the month check increased, and most significantly LOA 25. This is just off the top of my head.
