Well, I felt that I did OK, but didn't knock the ball out of the park. Still, I didn't feel that it was really necessary to ace it, because no one is perfect, right? I figured I was friendly with everyone, seemed to have a good rapport with the interviewers, and definitely had a strong resume (prior military, current 121 FO, three internal recs). So I felt pretty good leaving the building. A couple of questions sort of through me off guard and I didn't really have a well rehearsed story to tell, so my answers didn't come out well and I didn't necessarily stick to the situation, action, response, lessons learned format. But I didn't really think this was as big a deal as it apparently is. I'm still having a hard time getting over this.
