Well my experience with scope (ual alpa) is that the mec chairman or whoever you call him at the IPA can just write a side letter to (help) the company out and magically that guy probably will have a very large suitcase of money show up at his door step for him to retire early and nicely.

Maybe the language can be written up that says specificlly that no UAV's on the property unless voted on by the entire IPA pilot group or just simply no UAV's. Maybe you can write your negotiating commitee a letter to put that on the agenda now. Just to see what their response is.
