A lesson I learned from an attorney a long time ago was "get it all on tape".

So in theory if a high ranking MEC member said this at an ALPA meeting. And in theory they thought everyone in the room was a CAL pilot. And again (just in theory) there was a double furloughed UAL pilot who wanted to take detailed notes. And in theory he didn't write very fast. And also again in theory he used his smartphone and recorded these exact things being said. Then once again, totally in theory and not proven, this recording was given to someone on the UAL side.....

I mean "in theory" you are right, he is a comedian and dreamer.

But I wonder, if all the things that were done to skew the SLI and these were admitted to, plus all the things mentioned, were actually recorded.....

I wonder what the arbitrator would think about that and if he would reward that type of behavior.

Once again this is all in theory.
