You are right. I said it backwards, but my point (which is a defense of the bucket system) still stands. I think we are on the same page.

As soon as any Pilot hits bucket two all the Pilots in bucket 1 are a higher priority to fly. If you have some guys in Bucket three and some guys in bucket one that is despite the bucket system,

I like the bucket system and think it is works pretty well.
