Short call has it's own bucket. Somebody with zero, one, or two shortcalls will get assigned shortcall before someone who has done 3.
You could be in bucket 2 for flying, but if you have had 0 short calls, you will get a shortcall before someone in flying bucket 1 that has 3 short calls already.

Nope, that's what I thought........I just let myself get confused.....and I'm easily confused.
Just looking at the guys in my base/category for today, there are lots of guys who have not flown or sat one short call. Those who have flown look like they did one 3 day trip but I couldn't figure out any rhyme or reason for 4 vs 0 shortcalls.
