If someone has the actual average salary per pilot please chime in. I am just wondering what the difference in cost would be in keeping pilots vs aquireing uav's and getting the ground staff and infrastructure up to speed.

of course this is all for fun and speculation at this time. Does anyone know what a Global Hawk costs?
Don't forget to factor in all the "service failure" costs for the Global Hawk!
