Its a step in the right direction. Easyjet and ryanair all do their training this way.... except better. They get 0 hour guys and make them pay their way through training(arrange training bonds for them). Then upon completion and starting they pay back part of the bond to you every month. Yet again Easyjet and Ryanair are big time good companys. The principle of this is a good idea though.... if it were used with larger companies.
I would assume that EJet and ryaniar pay more than $19-23/hour too.
