Many airlines have reserves who only fly 5 hours a month(Skywest, Pinnacle, Jetblue, Delta etc.) Solid efficiency can be a cause for this.
How many thousands of pilots to those places have, we have what, 250 or so? A lot of guys on reserve with decent seniority is ridiculous.
