They say they want to work on a new contract then they push PBS.
Apparently the hidden truth is they do NOT want to negotiate a contract with us. Which means its only a matter of time, long time?, until we take it to mediation.
If they were really serious about PBS/PIBS, don't you think that they'd be making sure that VTOs would going senior?
