Too involved to answer really. Three different health plans to choose from and the first year rate for a new hire with dependents is a higher rate than in year 2 on. It really depends upon your current plan, the health of your family etc.
The insurance for a new hire doesn't kick in until after 30 days anyway so you will need to keep your current insurance for a little bit regardless.
Once hired, you can fully vet the plans, their rates and then make an intelligent decision.
