Others use various methods. One is to pay a considerably higher premium to add an inexperienced pilot, and in others it's strictly on the word of the operator, who leverages all his coverage against his decision.
You know a lot more than I do about the crop dusting business JohnBurke and so I defer to your expertise. Nevertheless, it sounds pretty risky to put a 50 hr. pilot out there crop dusting with no or little liability insurance.
