Haha, i'm sure when they think about contracts they think about flight benefits! But before this announcement I did hear that they were trying to make the S5-RP transition "seamless" or not a big deal. So Pilots wouldn't have to go through 8 weeks of training on the same aircraft, just stupid indoc. I'm sure it wont be available for FO's. But the thought is there... And why wouldn't it?
The best thing for the company and the pilots would be to have 1 certificate with the 170/175. Imagine how much bigger Indy and CMH could be!

At least it would allow for more choices of where to be based for a few years until they close everything but IND and CMH.
