Competing with the C5 or C17 or other ACMI guys is probably tough with these times...
I was hired at Atlas with similar experience to yours. Based on RJ guys I have met that have been hired, it seems that after about seven years at a regional, Atlas considers you qualified. Good luck and keep the faith.
