Contact your CPO's office. They should be able to give you a FedEx envelope to send your stuff into CIBT. Just be sure to send in the proper forms. Should be a link somewhere on Deltanet home page of flight ops.

If you already paid out of pocket for it on your own, I'm not sure if you can still expense it, but I wouldn't know for sure. The company pays for it through CIBT and turn around time was about 1-2 weeks.
