I don't understand how some people can justify staying at a regional considering what has happened to that sector of the industry the past few years (and what's to come). I would think sucking it up at first year pay at a CAREER AIRLINE is easier than being unemployed and having to go to ANOTHER regional to stay current while you try to get hired at a MAJOR.

Dont say "it can't happen", look at COMAIR

PS Im not trying to cast stones just offering my humble opinion
