That may or may not be true but I commute regularly on a chq product and I can honestly say that between commuting and a lot of deadheading I can say that I rarely if ever see such lack of pride in product that I see on chq. If I paid for that flight Id be a lot more unhappy than I am. If you're that ashamed of your company thenyou should quit.
If there is any hiccup in a flight the AWAC captain comes out of the cockpit and states that "He can no longer live with his shame". He then performs Seppuku or ritual Japanese suicide right there by the galley. Two cuts to the abdomine and one to the throat. The FO then decapitates him with the crash ax. That is some pride.....
