I believe the Pinnacle RJ crash could have been partially attributued to a low time CA and FO (as well as both being stupid). Didn't they take the AC up to 41,000 on a ferry flight, and the FO stalled it while the CA was in the back grabbing a coke. They couldn't restart the engines due to lack of system knowledge (and core lock), and crashed just a few miles short of the runway while trying to deadstick it in.

Your facts are somewhat off. The FO was very low-time, and I believe this was one of several factors which caused this incident.
The CA was a known cowboy, and I suspect a more experienced FO would have put a damper on the screwing around that led to the accident.
