Yes it's in the FAR's. I'm not 100% but I believe you still need 6 approaches of which 3 need to be ILS to CAT II mins and one of those approaches can use a coupler. It's in the ATP written I'll check. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. ON that note it's st. Patrick's day and in Acuna is the biggest day of the year w00t!!
