Lastly, for all I know you could be some zit faced intern reading tuner car or world of warcraft magazine on the fourth floor; I don't really care. The best position for a guy like you is handling the aftermath of families destroyed or otherwise uprooted through whipsawing between regionals. Maybe you could have dinner with a RJ pilot and his family and explain why he's going from CRJ-50 captain to CRJ-900 FO on probation instead of flying the same jet or better at Delta. My intent is to highlight our mistakes, to the maximum extent possible, so next time we can break the chain. It won't end, I'm relentless. You don't know my background, few on here do. If I had made your mistake I couldn't even face my peers let alone look at myself in the mirror.
"Your" flying was voluntarily outsourced and Delta Air Lines, with the permission of its pilot group created the regional jet. I don't care what SWAPA or APA would have done. It's what DALPA didn't do that got us into this mess. What decision has been made over and over? Could you explain what insanity you see? Because I don't see it. It's like your history book is out of date and you're about 18 months behind.

I'll leave the aftermath of destroying regionals to Ryan Gumm - he's actually good at it. I have no desire to work as management at Delta. I don't think I'd fit in with the corporate culture. In fact, I admittedly don't fit in with the Delta culture period. But I'm here. On the same seniority list as you. I just happen to have an opinion that differs from yours. I don't even really know what your take on reality is. Most of what I've been seeing is like tending to data outside two standard deviations. It's there, but you don't know why.

What mistake is it that you think I made? I don't recall many mistakes that you'd know anything about. And I certainly don't remember being wrong.
