Have you checked their "low fares" lately? Not so low. They have quietly gone the way of the legacies with a lot of their pricing, with no real loss of pax. Overall reduced capacity, plus the RJ's, has helped this for them.
BTW, my neighbor is a SWA pilot. He made 190+ and averaged 16 days off last year. Flew a couple overtime trips during the summer. He is mid seniority FO.
