RB (WB) 57F have been "disappearing" from the boneyard and they are not being scrapped. I keep fairly accurate track of tail numbers and feel like they are playing a shell game with me. I use the "historical" feature of Google Earth" and can go back two years finding five airframes at the boneyard. 295 was on "show and tell" row and is now in Colorado being "returned to service." Two others are missing.
There are some interesting NASA WB57F videos. Here is a mid 1960s video on the USAF RB57F. Note the camera weighed 4,000 lbs. not 40,000 lbs. on the narrative.
