We have the most inept crew scheduling department, a chief pilot who thinks that management through fear, ridicule and intimidation are the norm, a maintenance department that feels its OK to defer inoperative flaps for three days and had a guy land a Saab at the wrong friggen airport a few months ago! The judges must be a bunch of blind, deaf people!!
