like I said before, if none of you guys fly a JA the company would need to hire more pilots, pay their salaries/benefits etc...instead you pick up JA trips and the company only has to pay 44% extra, which is still way cheaper than what they would have to pay for more pilots. Management at JB are laughing all the way to the bank!

Exactly,, and the money the company would have paid to another pilot in wages and benefits comes back to me as profit sharing.
