Most of the international Tiger guys were good about taking care of the crew. The same cannot be said of alot of the Purple guys. I like both groups but the traditions are different between the two. I prefer the tradition of taking care of the crew but that's just me. Maybe you too. A happy crew is a good crew!

Not just international. When I was an FE on the 10, Tiger guys NEVER let me spend a penny while on 1st year pay. Once, during a for a full 5 wk month, plus c/o, I even tried to buy baseball tickets on a DFW layover, the Capt (and FO, he was Tiger guy too) slipped money in my bag, in the cockpit the next day, for the ticketes! I was able to finally "repay" earlier this month when I flew with a PN!
