Pay question...

Two pilots, X and Y, are both from the same original company (so no Bloch issues). X is a Q CA and one senior to Y who is a 200 CA. X bid for CA first, but is being downgraded to an FO slot. Since secondary awards are NOT occurring, Y will not be downgraded (listed on the award as "Secondary Held"). What would X get paid? His current pay, 200 CA pay (that is pay equal to the Y's pay), or FO pay?

My quick look at the award suggests this scenario applies to several folks.
