I do. If you ever try for an overseas job they're going to want to see paper, especially in the third world. Keeping the old logbooks up will serve you well.
LogbookPro will allow you to save a signature image file and will print a jeppesen format logbook with your signature on each page... Even better, you can print it to a PDF file. Twice a year I print as pdf several of the LBP reports along with the detailed Jepp style logbook. Using Adobe I combine the several files into one including a cover and table of contents. I email the file to my iPad and have my logbook with me if needed.
Just do it out if habit, I haven't job hunted in decades... and don't plan to.

But APDL and LogBookPro are top notch programs.
