Whatever the TA is, it'll be better than what it was. Living in base is the smartest thing you can do. I guess it depends on your seniority at eagle. Worse case is we merge in the next year or two and you lose seniority. New AA is too busy with the merger so it seems like all 3 wholly owned will stay put at the moment so if you're fairly new at eagle, it might not be a bad move.
cant get much worse than it is now. im just worried if i make the jump ill be stuck on reserve forever because of the lack of pilots willing to work at the regionals
