I don't care if it's a prop or not, those Dash's take a helluva lot more piloting skill than any RJ out there. Take an RJ guy, put him back in a turbo-prop like this one, and it's learning to really "pilot a plane" all over again. These pay rates are absurd.....
What.. Where did you get that from. Its $28.52. It doesnt matter what you fly at Horizon. All FO's get paid the same rate.
