All engine starts are CAs (referring to start switches.) FO puts up the fuel levers.
PAs- AA is VERY old school. Only PA the FO makes is the gate arrival PA (totally worthless.) even "FAs Prepare for Takeoff" is made by the CA -WHILE TAXIING!
Approaches: CA must land the aircraft if visibility is less than 1/4sm or 4000RVR.

All true, but its 3/4 or 4000RVR. Assume that's just an accidental misstatement.
