We probably don't have access to the data on their technical error rate, which might be sky-high, but the lack of midairs is probably due to a combination of factors.

The answer likely lies in military control, very low traffic density, and zero or essentially zero non-professional pilots. I doubt they allow VFR either.

What errors they might make are salvaged by the big-sky/little airplane principle.
