While I agree with you about Jepps being better than Lido, I have to disagree with you on the "massive changes for the good". Pinnacle has always done things on the cheap, but so has Mesaba. Pinnacle originally switched from Jepps to Lido because they were planning on going to the electronic flight bag version of Lido, and they saved thousands of dollars in the process. This whole plan came days away from being signed off on by the then current CEO Sean Menke. All the testing and approval of the FAA had been completed, Pinnacle just needed the upper managements to sign off on purchasing the Ipads. I would way rather have an Ipad lido subscription rather than paper Jepps. Oh well, its all water under the bridge now.
this, plus we were already in the AQP process.....that is not something new that XJ brought to the table. the process stopped with the merger and XJ got the responsibility of re-developing it.
