I also like to pack string cheese and single serving Greek yogurts. I like the Oikos key lime pie flavor. It's like key lime pie but without the guilt. Also, I'll make a salad but keep balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing in a food safe screw on cap container I got at the container store. It hasn't leaked yet.
I've been a Vegetarian (pescatarian) for almost 2 years now, and recently am trying to go vegan. This is another reason why I bring my own food with me. It's a tough balancing act while on the road. I'm slowly working my way into it.
