Lots of our pilots do eventually move to Midwest...in fact, I think they hire more of our pilots than from anywhere else. Now is a good time to join--we used to hire pretty much only for the Beech 1900, but now you might end up in a 328 jet class (and since the 1900s are going away at some point this year, you'd likely end up in a 328 jet pretty soon either way).
