I was EXTREMELY SURPRISED, in a good way (the whole experience) with Spirit. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the Gate agents were nice, plane was clean, F/As were actually friendly and the boarding process was 10x smoother than what I am used to , where you have every person thinking they are the only passenger and spend 15 minutes standing in the aisle putting their bags in the overhead bin.

. Our planes don't get cleaned that often. On the other hand, the FAs are mostly awesome, and I do like that we can load or unload a 321 in about 12 minutes. When people don't bring on a dead moose and a mattress, boarding goes rather quickly. Welcome aboard!
