Whats the feeling over on the CRJ side with the "lifers" who have been there for 10-15 years that said they were never leaving? Have a lot of them started to change their tune? Just curious, seems like a few of the perceived "lifers" on the ERJ side are starting to get motivated to leave.....
A few seemed to change their minds when Delta's hourly rate went up and Comair got shut down, but most still say they can't afford the "pay cut". After two years at Delta, pay on the MD88 is $111, so maybe some will have the foresight to sock away a few bucks and make the jump when Big D starts hiring, but I think most don't wanna take off the golden handcuffs and prep for an interview just to go sling gear, sit reserve, work weekends, etc.
