As far as your post went about people getting corp jobs with low time, seems like they fall into TWO categories. The one you outlined, OR simply the "meat in the seat" type. The one to be there to serve coffee, look good, and maybe gets to fly the empty legs, etc. And it seems like when they fall into the latter category, even on larger corporate aircraft, it's usually a crappy/substandard operation.
As far as the bold part goes, I'm sure Rule #34 can fall in there somewhere
