Why do they pay significantly less than Delta and United and the other legacies? They're flying the same size equipment; why aren't they paid the same? Please, rationalize why those places shouldn't be getting paid the same as the legacies. Sure, places like Spirit, Allegiant, JetBlue, Atlas and VA are INFINITELY better than any regional, but seriously - Isn't that somewhat of a problem when we're flying A320s, E190s, MD80s, 747s, 737s, 75s/6s and 777s for a discount? Is that not a bigger problem than low regional pay?

As for Cape Air I guess I'll go there if things don't work out at XJT. After 14 years on the C402 I can make 25 dollars an hour!
