It was a done deal until Richard Anderson logged on to this website.
He read FTB's analysis comparing the 747 and the 777 and changed his mind.
He decided both are too expensive.
Instead he's staying true to form. Used Douglas jets.
MD-90s and 717s solved the narrowbody problem so now ...... wait for it .......
