Doesn't exist yet, just proposed. The final regs aren't expected to be released until July and will probably be longer with the impending sequestration. This means, on Aug 2nd, you'll need the traditional ATP with all the current requirements.

Also, the proposed mins mentioned 325 XC and a few other things. If you're 142 and went to Riddle, it may not be enough. The proposal also mentioned Level C or D simulator time.
