Pilots like to drink. Its as simple as that. Most of us do so responsibly, then some of us end up like Denzel. I'm not going to wait until I get home from a long 4 day trip to enjoy a beer. I'm just not, sorry. I can be an adult and enjoy a couple beers on a layover. I mean, who wouldn't want to throw back a cold one after a long day with crappy weather, b****y FAs, brand new dispatchers that don't know how to assign alternates properly, etc...

You're right, we probably don't need a thread discussing this because virtually every pilot I know has enough common sense to know when to call it quits. This thread is decicated to the 1% that don't (we all know some of you are reading this...)
