Brutal man, All I did was ask a question, then said I hope the language was strong. Not complaining at all. You need to thicken up your skin a bit here as the last few pages of this thread have been you calling people out as childish, complainers, etc...
We are allowed to have opinions, and someone saying they are disappointed something is, or isn't there is not complaining. Asking why said language is there or not, is a legitimate question, not complaining. For example: "What did we get for the changes to SDO"....not complaining. these are questions that ADULTS are going to have. This doesn't mean we want to burn the NC at the stake.
I'll give you a good example of complaining, just for future ref. "My girlfriend(and her boobs) do not look like Kate Upton.....*** is this BS"
Stop taking this thing so personally.
For the record, I understand the "career progression" language was just a throw in from airways, and not negotiated. I still hope it is worded so that they can't disregard it completely in the future.
For the other record, I am liking what I've heard so far from our TA.

I'm at PSA. For me this is a relatively important part of our TA. I hope the language is strong.
