As I could care less about 5 days, I completely agree we have a contract and it needs to be followed. It's the same principle as schedules need to be published no later than 5:00pm on the 20th. No repercussions for when they post late is complete BS. There are many things our MEC has given loose reins on and it begs the question, "where's the line?"

You start allowing crap like this 5 day deal where no one really truly cares and they start to think they can push more.

Follow the contract in detail to every letter of the sentence. NO FAVORS! Management is running an airline with thousands of employees, this isn't a mom and pop shop.
