I don't think it even matters so much what we're asking for at this point. The company is issuing "Last best final offers", while the IBT is still willing to negotiate and come to the middle. RAH is refusing to budge, while at least we still have wiggle room. Despite this, we are the ones getting punished (parked/iced).
Who is doing your negotiating; your NC alone, the NC with IBT negotiators or the IBT?
