It was convoluted, but I came up with 7 upgrades in 700 ATL, 5 in DTW and 3 in IAD. There were also 5 resultant upgrades on ATL 200.
Most of the 700 ATL CA positions are projecting to go to pilots serving as Captains in other bases. I only saw 2 upgrades in that position, plus 1 on the 200 in ATL, 5 in DTW, & 2 in IAD. That adds up to 10 as posted, but I really hope the actual award has a few more. They're already offering premium pay for open-time trips in multiple positions and I hear some more people are turning in resignations.
